"Qi" energy is like water. If it doesn't flow, it stagnates.
Water Qigong is a practice of moving the (water) in the body with deep breathing, very relaxing and meditative. Water Qigong exercises integrate slow and graceful movements.
This ancient method of Qigong training requires a fluid form of breathing that focuses more on inhaling to recharge your body.

We will practice the move and breathing without water. Join us under the tent in Friendship Grove.  Registration is required.
