Event Details

This yoga class is for all ages.  It will focus on increasing balance, stability, and flexibility.  This is a perfect for beginners and seniors.  Registration is required. ONLY one registration is needed for all six-week classes. Register(Click)  The class meet at the library Conference Room on March 19 and April 2.

Class break down:

  • Warm up:  5 minutes
  • Asana:  30 minutes
  • Pranayama:  10 minutes
  • Meditation:  5 minutes
