Like to read and talk about social justice? Come join Social Justice Book Club! A monthly book club that encourages members to read any book that falls within a specific theme, and bring that book to discuss with the group. The theme for October is LGBTQ+ rights.

This meeting will be a hybrid event, taking place in-person and via Zoom simultaneously. Please indicate in notes whether you intend to attend in-person ort via Zoom.

 Some suggested titles to explore:
  • Hurricane Child by Kacen Callender
  • Zenobia July by Lisa Bunker                         
  • Ana on the Edge by A.J. Sass                      
  • Alan Cole Is Not a Coward by Eric Bell 
  • The Best at It by Maulik Pancholy   
  • Who Was Harvey Milk? by Corinne Grinapol 
Grades 4-7. Registration required. 
Masks will be required for all indoor in-person children's programs.
