The Cherry Hill Public Library is proud to be a donation site for the Camden County Domestic Violence Center (formerly the Camden County Women's Center).


Personal care supplies are always needed! New, unopened items to donate include:

  • hair products (shampoo, conditioner, styling products)
  • soap/shower gel/shaving cream
  • deodorant, lotion
  • feminine products
  • dental items (toothbrushes/toothpaste/floss)
  • baby products (diapers, wipes, soaps, shampoos)
  • socks for women/children 
  • make-up

LEAP (Library Equal Access Program) is for New Jersey residents 55 and older who have a change in vision. LEAP provides free iPhone and iPad classes sponsored by the New Jersey Department of Human Services Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CBVI). Citizenship Preparation

Registration is required.  

This class is for people who plan to take the United States citizenship test. The goal of the class is to have all the students in the class become citizens of the United States. There are weekly one-hour sessions for 5-6 weeks.

 To prepare for the test the two instructors will help students 1) understand the questions on the application to take the test;  2) study the questions about history, government, geography and national traditions that may be asked during the test;  3) practice the reading and writing sections of the test;  4) review conversational skills necessary to pass the test. The class is designed for active participation by the students and there is time each week to answer questions the students may have.

Learn to See Through the Eyes of an Artist

Back by popular demand! Please note: this program is a repeat of a class that originally took place on January 10, 2024. Registration is open for NEW attendees only.

Learn to see through the eyes of an artist beginning with the fundamentals of drawing! 
Instructor Adrienne Hoffman will demonstrate the fundamentals of drawing as a precursor to developing the ability to draw and paint and will teach students to see with a new perspective.

This class is for anyone who would like to learn to draw, paint and have fun in the process. Materials will be provided and all levels are welcome (teens to seniors, beginners to experienced artists). There will be time for Q&A at the end of this 90 minute class.

Adrienne Hoffman - "My journey as an artist began as a young girl, always looking through an artist eye. I earned a BFA/Art Education from the Philadelphia College of Art (UARTS) and began my career as an art teacher. I've worn many creative hats along the way... graphic designer, entrepreneur/ business owner, marketing specialist and now full circle back  to my first love, sharing the gift of art."
