Cherry Hill Public Library Virtual Chocolate Class

Tuesday, February 9 - 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Learn how to make this season’s sweetest popular treat! Join CHPL for a virtual class and master how to make hot chocolate bombs, nonpareils candy, and more. Hot chocolate bombs are hollow chocolate spheres filled with hot chocolate mix and lots of mini marshmallows or other goodies.

Cost per person: $15

Cost includes: hot chocolate bomb mold (makes 3 bombs), nonpareils sprinkles, & a squeeze bottle

(Material Pick up will be scheduled during the CHPL contactless pickup hours)

Items not provided but will be needed:

Hot chocolate bombs: access to a microwave, freezer, sink with hot water, heat safe plate, rubber spatula, microwave safe bowl, 1 cup of melting chocolate makes 3 bombs, 3 Tbsps of your favorite hot chocolate mix, mini marshmallows and any other ingredients you would like to use in the bombs or for decoration.

Nonpareil Candies: access to a microwave, flat bottom container to hold nonpareil sprinkles, microwave safe bowl, rubber spatula, 1-2 cups chocolate for melting.
