Using George Miller’s Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior (1982) and Mad Max: Fury Road (2015) as a framework, Andrew Kopp, Ph.D will lead two community discussions on the changing gender roles of women in popular culture.

On Wednesday, January 6, we’ll screen Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior.



Mad Max: Fury Road will be screened on Wednesday, January 13.



Both films will start at 6 p.m. and will be followed by enriching discussions, led by Andrew Kopp, Ph.D.

Attendance at both events is encouraged, but not required.

Both films are Rated R and no one under 17 will be admitted without a parent or guardian.
