That's what we are here for. This hands-on class introduces the Windows 10 operating system by covering basic terminology, the Windows Desktop & Taskbar, shortcuts & icons, menus, the Start Menu, resizing, moving and working with windows and the desktop.  This class is designed for users who are already familiar with Windows 7, Windows 8 or 8.1.

Prerequisites: Basic Mouse and Keyboard Skills.  General knowledge about Windows is useful and almost a must.
